Hi,
Yes, you can receive an email notification when someone fills out a survey. For doing that you have to create an email template and an automated action in Odoo. Please follow the below steps
1. Go to settings and enable developer mode.
2. Create a email template in Settings -> Technical -> Email -> Email Templates -> New
Use the dynamic placeholder to accessing the elements of the survey and the participants by using "/" and configure the email configurations.
3. Create a automated action in Settings -> Technical -> Automation -> Automation Rules -> New or you can create using Studio
Create a new automated action using the above mentioned configuration and make the action of the automation rule as send email and set the template as our newly created template.
Now you can receive an email notification whenever a new submission is completed on your survey
