Evening... 


I've watched the "Import an opening balance" video. I mostly understand. 


Would I want to connect my bank account prior to following this video or after?

Better to connect after importing historic data and Opening Balance to ensure all data is migrated correctly.

However, it's not compulsory to connect Bank, you can manually import Statements in Odoo
