Hi Ankit,
I believe you know how to create Activities in the form and also create the Activity Types.
So, you can adjust your Activity Types, let's take example the "To-Do" and set the "Action" from "None" (default value) to "Meeting". This will allow you to open Calendar when you want to create the activity.
