Hi all,

I want to edit the view mode in CRM pipeline. When I open CRM module, the default view for pipeline is kanban. I want it to be list/tree view


I want the default view as list view for CRM pipeline. How can I do this?

Hello,

I would like to inform you that You can change the default view of the CRM pipeline from Kanban to List view using the Windows action. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and Enable Developer Mode.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Technical > Windows Actions.
  3. Search for "Pipeline" and open the record with the action name "Pipeline" and external ID "crm.crm_lead_action_pipeline".
  4. In the Views section, drag the List view to the top.
  5. Click Save.

After this, the CRM pipeline will open in the List view by default.
