Hello Akash,

When you create a product on odoo v.14, you could add a vendor for it and create a purchase order to update stock in your inventory. Or you could update quantity of product manually using 'Update Quantity' and 'Replenish'. By using 'Update quantity' feature you can mention the number of products available on hand and it will reflect in you inventory.

Where as if you use 'Replenish' feature you can specify the preferred route you would like to take to update quantity in your stock.

In the above example we are using 'Buy' route to update our stock. which in turn will generate a purchase order.
