the video states you can add demo data at any time, however I get a pop up in my free activation trial that says I can only install on a database that was created less than 4 hours ago. Why am I getting this?

In the past it was allowed to add demo data (test data) at any time (like the video), but now they put a lock to prevent data accidentally deleted from already created databases, that is why you can only add demo data in new databases that are no more than 4 hours old.
