Hello, I'm using Odoo14.0 CE and I'm having a problem, when I create a new user, this user is being created with HR permissions on employees as 'Officer', I try to change it and when I save it, it continues with the Officer permission.
It only lets me change it from Officer to put it as Administrator.
Does anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?

In Odoo, security groups are written in a hierarchical manner and it is compulsory to keep this hierarchy in mind while assign group to user.
"employee" rights are being override and changed to "officer" as user get higer rights of time off officer. "Time off officer" implise employee "officer" level rights
