Is there a way to use the knowledge base implemented in V16 on a V15 installation?
If so, can it be described how to accomplish this?

Haha, generally use knowledge base apps? There is only one xD
The app also is new in V16 and not built for V15 so your answer does not make a lot of sense honestly. This is pretty confusing.
you will need to check if you can run/install the V16 app on V15. Notice though that a lot of Javascript changes have been made in OWL and quite some in the ORM layer too.. so thread carefully and test well. Expect to have work ;)
