I found some difference in manufacturing step from tutorial and from odoo v15. here is the difference:

In that video the form of step from tutorial and from my odoo database is different, do u know why?

They look slightly different. I believe the tutorial is from Odoo v14 so there may have been some changes since then.

The other reason could be configuration differences between the tutorial database and your database.
