Hello,

we produce prosciutto. We have to salt raw pork and then it rest for a month and after a month we hang it to dry. After 3 month we check if everything is ok. So i have operations salting, hanging and checking. How to make that month after completed salting i would get alert, to hang prosciutto, and after 3 months alert to check them.

You could use the 'Activities' functionality. To a MO (batch) you could schedule activities with due date to act as alerts for checking and then completing WO (if you track time for each operation step) and launch next operation
