I created 3 different Point of Sale shops and changed the names of 2 of them. Now, when I look at the list of orders in the Point of Sale app, I notice that the Order Ref for the 2 shops are not aligned. How can I modify or resolve this?

Hi Sonia,

To be able to change the order reference after renaming the Point of Sales, you can either open the ‘Order Reference’ in the configuration of the respective PoS in the ‘Bills & Receipts’ area in developer mode and adjust the name manually in the ‘Prefix’ field or go to Technical Settings -> Sequences -> ‘pos.order’ in developer mode and do the same there.
