We are service company with multiple sales items on each project. They all vary based on the client requirements.
For example, Client 1, wants Service A, B, & C.
I want the Sales app to create a Single project including A, B, & C.
Currently the system is creating 3 multiple projects from the same Sales Order which is confusing and messy.
We have tried different configurations in the Project Template assigned to each Product (Service Item), without any luck.
You can do it by following next configuration:
1-Create one template project, it will for all sales order.
2-Create product's A, B and C and go to General information and set properties:
Product Type=Service
Create on Order=Project and Task
Project Template=Template "that project has been you created "
3-add products in the sales order and confirm, will create one project inside it 3 Tasks
