hello- I need to automatically add customers to a mailing list when they purchase from my website. I would also like to create different mailing lists based on what the customer purchased- or different tags they have.
any help would be great, thank you.
I was also looking for a solution for a similar case. In the end I believe the best solution is to create a mailing (in the e-mail marketing app) instead of using a mailing list. When you create a mailing you can add addresses from your normal contacts or from sales orders based on the criteria you set. For example, you could create an e-mail to all customers who purchased something in 2025, like in the screenshot below.
