Hi, I'm trying to add the ship by date that will be visible for customer on their order acknowledgement. We're using Odoo15- i need to be able to add ship by date and change it if necessary in the main screen in sales module. is it at all possible?

You can use the delivery date field in the SO 

After that you might need to add the field in your qweb , in order to display it the order acknowledgement
