is there a way to share an Odoo survey via an SMS ?

Maybe using an sms garteway and sharing the URL of the survey ?

Yes you have the "SMS Marketing" app for that if you are in an Odoo Cloud or Odoo.sh environment you will get free credit ti send SMS but if they are finished you will have to buy more credit from Odoo InApp purchases. If you want a third party solutions you can find some in Odoo app store here.
