If you've added the 'Newsletter popup' on your website and wish to edit it, how can you find it?
Add a popup element from the Insert a block-dialog (i.e. by dragging any block element from the right hand editor into the page):
You can then find an Invisible Elements section on the bottom of the editor. Unless such a popup is added to the Website, the Invisible Elements will not be displayed (because there is just no invisible element): 
This is also true for example for the Cookie Bar that can be enabled in Settings -> Website --> Section: Privacy -> Cookie Bar.
