Hello everyone,

I'm facing a challenge with taxes on website sales in Odoo 18. When I create a sale through the Sales app, the tax (set to 15%) is applied correctly. However, when a customer checks out on the Website (eCommerce), the tax is not being applied at all, and the total amount excludes VAT.


  • I have set a 15% Sales Tax on each product under the Sales tab on the product form.

     


  • In the Sales app, taxes work as expected and apply correctly on orders.
  • But in the Website (eCommerce) app, no tax appears at checkout despite having the tax set up on each product.


Could anyone advise on how to ensure that the 15% tax is consistently applied in the Website app as it is in the Sales app? 


Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

In Fiscal positions > domestic: VAT required was checked. It should be uncheck.
