Is it possible to create a same interface for my website users like we have in Odoo for us: https://www.odoo.com/web#menu_id=4881&action=1857

Otherwise If I sell a Service, for example a site-membership fee. How can users access information about their billing?

They can see the Info through portal. User should have Portal Boolean = True. When the user signs up on Website. He/she can see the quotations, orders and Invoices sent to him/her.
