My issue is regarding advanced approval notifications
The use case for this specific functionality is the primary approver may be too busy even when at the office and wants the delegate to receive an email at the same time.
So is there any workaround to send the approval to both the original and delegated approvers simultaneously?
If there’s a delegate present and active, they will receive the email instead of the normally assigned approver. You could customize notifications so that the delegate gets one at the same time using flow, but only one of the two will actually be able to act on the Approval anyway. You could do a heavy customization to enable them to both approve via the UI, but you cannot do it via email.--
