Hi Everyone, 

 

When trying to add a product in QLE. I am facing an error when saving the selected product. Can someone guide me on this 

error: 

Bad value for restricted picklist field: [Product name]

Hi Akash,

 

Potential causes include:

  • Picklist value is not available on object record types
  • Picklist value entry is missing or inactive
  • One object uses a Global Picklist, but the other object uses a Custom Picklist
