I’ve created a new attribute and added it to the Object Specification. I also defined a default value for this attribute at the Product level. However, the default value is not appearing in the Hybrid Card.

To troubleshoot, I’ve already performed the following steps:

  • Ran Vlocity CMT Jobs:
    • Product Hierarchy
    • Clear Managed Platform Cache
    • Platform Cache
  • Executed the Apex job:
    • EPCProductAttribJSONBatchJob

Despite these actions, the default value still doesn’t show up. Interestingly, I replicated the same setup in a Trail Org, and it works as expected there.

Kindly assist in identifying what might be missing or misconfigured in the current org.

Encountered an attribute override for the object, so I ran the overridejson job to fix it. Sharing this in case it helps someone else.
