Hi dear All 

i'm going to start at a company at the beginning of Dec. They use Salesforce but the data and the layout needs to be reviewed, cleaned up, altered and re-organized. Its kind of a mess. 

Does anyone have experience how best to tackle this? 

I'm a beginning Salesforce administrator and need to have all the help i can get :)
