Sr. Odoo Developer

Job Description – Odoo Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Odoo Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo solutions across multiple business domains while contributing to technical decisions and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional Odoo solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Customize Odoo core features, build custom modules, and handle integrations as required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow coding best practices.
• Support junior developers and stay updated with new Odoo features and versions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, OOP, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, and business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo migrations, version upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience integrating Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs or external services.
• Exposure to Linux-based environments and server management.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with deployment tools, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
