Role Description

Brazen Group is seeking multiple full-time Odoo Lead Developers for pan India location. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and customization of Odoo modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Responsibilities include designing scalable technical solutions, debugging, testing, and optimizing performance across Odoo applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and apply their deep expertise to solve business challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration
• Proficiency in Odoo development, customization, and implementation
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
• Strong expertise in Python and experience with relevant frameworks
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL
• Understanding of ERP system design and workflow processes
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies is preferred
